Creating a sigil doesn't require artistic talent; it requires clear intent. Follow this traditional method to craft your own:

• Draft Your Intention: Write a clear, positive statement in the present tense, such as 'I AM PROTECTED FROM ALL HARM.' Avoid using words like 'not' or 'don't,' as the subconscious often ignores negatives.
• Remove the Vowels and Repeating Letters: Cross out all vowels (A, E, I, O, U) and any letters that appear more than once. From our example, you are left with: M, P, R, T, C, D, F, L, H.
